How do we separate our services from others?  Quality.  Western red cedar is our preferred choice for pickets as it will extend the life of the structure by years.  We set our posts at 7' intervals and use enough concrete to maximize support and prevent rot.  We use three rails instead of two to increase structural support and prevent bowing and warping.  Screws and hanger clips are used for the majority to reduce splitting and water absorption.  Finally, a rot board is used to elevate the pickets from the ground reducing rot, wear, and tear.  The rot board is beveled to allow run off and prevent warping.
